Prasham graduated from Warwick Business School and holds a Master's of Science degree in Information Systems Management & Innovation. Prior to joining Capacitas, Prasham worked at Infosys Ltd, where he was involved in software development and testing for a finance oriented MNC. Currently, Prasham is involved with capacity planning and modelling. He is also leading performance engineering projects across multiple clients and assures peak service stability on peak days like Black Friday, Boxing Day etc. He has secured an ITIL Foundation Certificate in Service Management (V3) and is a Certified Associate in Project Management from PMI.
