Gerald holds an MSc DIC in Biomedical Engineering from Imperial College London with Distinction and a prior B.Eng (Hons) degree in Mechanical Engineering. During the past year and a half at Capacitas, Gerald has worked on key client accounts ranging from leading retailers, airlines and the public sector. Gerald is a key resource within Capacitas and is primarily involved with Performance Engineering and Service Assurance for a number of key clients at Capacitas. His professional qualifications include ITIL Foundation Certificate in Service Management (V3).
