We have experienced phenomenal growth over a few short years and we owe it all to our family of intuitive, inquisitive and influential staff. Their curiosity and expertise have led us to develop a unique and proven approach to help our clients exceed the expectations of their technology platforms.

We have proven experience in hiring and developing staff at all levels of experience. We have run over 30 successful internships and our first-ever intern is now our Chief Executive Officer. We have run over 20 graduate programmes and all of our senior staff have been with Capacitas for at least 5 years.

At Capacitas we are not all work and no play hosting year-round social events including Summer and Christmas parties. Finishing office working hours on a Friday at 4pm with free office drinks. The kitchen is fully stocked with refreshments, fruit and snacks (Kit Kat white chocolate chunky bars are an office favourite).
We love to award those who have not just achieved expectations but those who have risen beyond the scope of their work with employee of the month awards and other competitions.
