We'll work together through the 3 phases (above) covering the preparation for Black Friday, execution during the day and a handover for the following year's Black Friday.
Phase 1: Black Friday Performance Audit
Auditing your current readiness and desired vision/target. It's important to set it early, this will define your targets and goals.
Phase 2: Black Friday Readiness and Playbook Management
We will go through a 3-stage readiness intervention where together, we will:
- Create a playbook based on the vision/targets
- Remove technical bottlenecks and risks
- Management during the peak period according to the playbook
Phase 3: Handover for the Next Black Friday
We'll conduct a deep review and lessons learned from this Black Friday. Then we will transition and handover to your teams so you can prepare for future Black Fridays.
Is there enough time to prepare?
People will have less time to prepare than before. As retail recovers and picks up post lockdown, preparations for Black Friday 2020 are likely to start even later than last year.
In addition, many organisations have furloughed or laid off key staff, this means finding and resolving issues will take longer than previously.
There are risks in the next few months that will consume valuable time because of
external events. That means you may have even less time than you think.
You can’t afford to leave it too late. This Black Friday will be critical for your business’ survival.
